This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 13.12.2024 and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to work as a salesman in TASMAC retail Shop No.7514, Sivagangai District based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 18.12.2024 with continuity of monetary and service benefits within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was reinstated into service vide proceedings, dated 10.02.2025 of the second respondent and produced a copy of the said proceeding before this Court for perusal. 2/5
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same and he would submit that the petitioner joined duty on 10.02.2025.
4. Considering the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
