[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The main grievance of the petitioner at the time of filing of the writ petition is not to bifurcate the AIBEA Nagar into two parts. Thus, the petitioner wanted the entire colony namely A and B parts into a single ward.
2.The request made by the petitioner was considered by the respondents and accordingly, both the wards along with some other houses in the main ward were added in the ward No.14. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed in his favour. 3.Heard both sides.
4.Now, the petitioner's grievance appears to be with respect to the some discrepancies, which have occurred through the inclusion of some of the houses, which are originally notified in part A of the colony. The petitioner made a representation in this regard on 30.03.2018.
5.We are of the view that the substantial grievance of the petitioner had already granted. Insofar as alleged discrepancy as pointed out by the petitioner in his representation, we deem it fit to direct the second respondent to look into it and dispose it off within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall also serve a copy of the revised new map to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
