RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 16065/2020 vide order dated 30.12.2020 and to grant permission to the Petitioners to abide their condition of appearing before the inspector of Police, Koodal pudur police station, Madurai daily at 6.00 pm instead of appearing before the Inspector of Police Koodal Pudur Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 am for the period of 2 weeks.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MANOJ KUMAR for Mr.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.GANESAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16065 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020.

2.This Court by an order dated 30.12.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks. CRL MP(MD) No.1650 of 2021 1st petitioner is a vegetable vendor and the 2nd petitioner is a college student and the 3rd petitioner is studying 12th standard. Since the petitioners need to go vegetable market, college and school at Morning, they sustain more difficulties in order to abiding condition. Hence, he come forward with this modification petition and prayed to direct the petitioners to present before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m instead of appear daily at the respondent police at 10.30 a.m.

3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered. sd/- 03/03/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
