PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.300 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners are concerned. ORDER
This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.300 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that chargesheet was filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.404 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kodaikanal. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
