This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in S.C.No.438 of 2014 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after conducting the trial in S.C.No.438 of 2014 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, the case has been ended in acquittal by order dated 21.11.2015. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
