Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the orders passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.2457/Aa3/2017, dated 22.03.2017 and the subsequent proceedings in O.Mu.No.15214/Aa3/2017 dated 04.01.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to pay the petitioner's pension and retirement benefits based on the final 10 month salary or inter-discipline based anomaly corrected salary, in full without any deduction and with interest as applicable, based on the earlier proceedings passed by the 4th respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
