ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that one Saranraj lodged a complaint against the present petitioner and the same was registered in CSR No.60 of 2021 and posted for enquiry. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would further contend that summons had also been issued to the present petitioner to attend the enquiry at Koodal Pudur Police Station, Madurai, on 26.02.2021. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
