This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.372 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed and yet to be numbered. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
