The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.834 of 2018. She has filed this Civil Revision Petition for a limited relief, to direct the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli, to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.834 of 2018. 1/3

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Considering the fact that the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed only for a direction to the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.834 of 2018 within a stipulated time, this Court is inclined to dispense with the notice on the respondents and allow this Civil Revision Petition, by directing the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose O.S.No.834 of 2018 within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above direction. No costs.
