This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to direct the first respondent not harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that they received the complaint from the second respondent and thereafter, they have conducted an elaborate enquiry and the same was closed. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioners as alleged in the petition.

3. Since already the complaint of the second respondent was closed after enquiry, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
