O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.18 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 320, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.

2.Ramaiah is the defacto complainant. He has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. I am therefore of the view that continuance of the impugned prosecution is not warranted. The parties have resolved the issue between themselves. A compromise memo has also been filed. The same is taken on record and it will form part of the order.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4135 of 2020 3.In view of the above, the impugned FIR stands quashed. The criminal original petition is allowed.
