ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar to dispose the original suit in O.S.No.16 of 2014 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 6.

3. It appears that the 1st respondent herein, who is the plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.16 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar and the same has been unnecessarily and periodically adjourned without assigning any valid reason and therefore, the revision petitioner being the 1st defendant in O.S.No.16 of 2014 has approached this Court by way of this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances without going into the merits of the case, this Court in directs the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2014, pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of Twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after observing all the procedure of the Civil Courts is required to be complied.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
