ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC in Crime No.212 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with his nephew by name Mariappan had created documents as if the property in question has been purchased by them. It is seen that the property in question does not belong to the alleged vendors of this petitioner.
3.This Court perused the confession statement of Mariappan, wherein he has clearly disclosed the involvement of the petitioner in this offence.
4.In view of the serious allegations against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
