This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai to commit the committal proceedings in PRC No.27 of 2021

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the crime is of the year 2015 and the case is pending committal from the year 2021.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai to complete the committal proceedings within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not, already committed.
