3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on condition that apart from the condition imposed by this Court, by order, dated 13.10.2022, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the credit of Legal Aid Services of the concerned Court and no further extension is permitted.
