This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 herein to give adequate police protection to the Petitioner to enable her to take possession of the property situated at Anuppanadi Village, Town Survey No.331, Survey Ward https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 20.02.2020.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint.
