Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and further direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to enjoy his property as per the judgment and decree made in S.A.(MD).No.922 of 2013 on the file of this Court dated 19.09.2018 on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2019, 08.07.2019 and 16.12.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3300 of 2020 limb of the petitioner and his family members and further direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to enjoy his property as per the judgment and decree made in S.A.(MD).No.922 of 2013 on the file of this Court dated 19.09.2018 on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2019, 08.07.2019 and 16.12.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has sent several representation to the respondent police dated 17.06.2019, 08.07.2019 and 16.12.2019 seeking for similar relief. Based on the representation dated 17.06.2019, an enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.

87 of 2019 and the respondent police conducted secret enquiry, it was found that the petitioner had given exaggerated complaint and thereby, the petitioner was advised to approach civil Court. He would further submit that the representation, dated 16.12.2019, has also been sent by the Registered Post. If the petitioner appears for enquiry, due enquiry will be conducted and necessary action will be taken in accordance with.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
