RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl O.P No. 16209 of 2021 on 27.10.2021 with a condition that the Accused shall be appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHAGAVATH SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16209 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.
