ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 07.02.2023 at about 06.00 p.m., when the petitioner was in his house along with his wife and mother, a Maruthi Swift Car TN 47 555 went from North to South and South to North on several times. The petitioner enquired the persons, who were available in the car and they stated that they are police officials and they were tried to push the petitioner into the car.
3. On 08.02.2023, the petitioner is not available in his house, at that time, the police officials went to his house and harassed the petitioner's family members under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that a case in Crime No.9 of 2021 was registered against 13 persons for the offences under Sections 120 B, 420, 465 and 468 of IPC and in that case the petitioner is arrayed as suspecting accused, on that basis only, the respondent police 2/4
conducted an enquiry with the petitioner's family members and no harassment has been made by the respondents.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The respondents are at liberty if any further enquiry is required to issue summons to the petitioner in accordance with law.
