ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the third respondent to give protection for the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.09.2015 made to the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 02.09.2015.

4.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
