ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to allot space for TANTEA sales outlet at New Bus Area, Palani to enable the petitioner to carry on his business. 2.According to the petitioner, the Tamil Nadu Tea Plantation Corporation Limited has given permission to the petitioner to run a retail outlet at Palani New Bus Stand. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner has approached the respondent to allot a place to run the retail outlet by filing an application dated 29.11.2018. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
