O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.157 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner abused the second respondent. On 02.10.2015 at about 07.00.a.m, the first petitioner assaulted the wife of the second respondent. When it was questioned by the first respondent, the petitioners assaulted the second respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submit that the offence involved is serious in nature and the investigation is completed. Therefore, he opposed to allow this petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R, in Crime No.157 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
