2.Heard both sides.

3.It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition that since the revenue authorities went to the election duty, they will not able to obtain surety certificate from the revenue authorities and hence, the petitioners are not able to arrange sureties and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within the stipulated time granted by this Court and hence, he filed this application for the relief stated above. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
