Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply the order dated 28.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7371 of 2015 by this Court.

3.It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition that since the petitioners have to attend the funeral ceremony of their close relative, they could not able to furnish the sureties and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within the stipulated time granted by this Court and hence, he filed this application for the relief stated above. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
