This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned Notice dated 17.02.2021 and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to extend the lease period of the petitioner to run his respective shops bearing Shop No.16 situated at Vadakkankulam Bus Stand Building, Vadakkankulam, Valliyoor Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli District by considering his representation dated 19.02.2021.

2. Considering the nature of the relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition and considering the fact that there was an order of interim injunction operating in favour of the petitioner and also the fact that the period of lease (9 years) itself came to an end during the pendency of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
