ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323,324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.157 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel the petitioners are alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant with Aruval and Kathikombu.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram District within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.; (iii) Each of the Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the above said Magistrate; (iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice a day daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. (v) The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
