ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify and relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner / Accused No.1 shall report 1/3

before the Dindigul Taluk Police Station at 10.00 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.103 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crime No.455 of 2024.

2. Mr.K. Sheenivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Crl.M.P.No.103 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai to stay at Dindigul District and appear and sign before the Dindigul Taluk Police Station daily morning 10.00 am until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.103 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon. The remaining conditions shall un-altered. 2/3
