ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, on 12.06.2019, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name with respect of the subject property.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by virtue of a registered sale deed, dated 15.09.2017. The further case of the petitioner is that a joint patta has been issued in patta No.851 in the name of her vendor and two others. It is stated that the petitioner wanted a patta insofar as the 1/3

property that was purchased by her. Hence, a petition was submitted on the Jamabanthi day, on 12.06.2019, seeking for a separate patta. Since the same did not evoke any response, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.

3.Heard Mr.P.Senthoorapandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petition submitted by the petitioner, on 12.06.2019 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested persons over the subject property, the third respondent shall issue notice to them before passing final orders.

5.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
