RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl MP(MD) No.7780 of 2021 in Crl O.P(MD)No.8249 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021 against the petitioner/petitioner.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SHANKAR GANESH, for DICTUM LAW FIRM, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7780 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8249 of 2021, dated 07.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
