Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SHANKAR GANESH, Advocate, for M/S.DICTUM LAW FIRM, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.13000 of 2021, dated 09.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
