The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents-3 & 4 based on the complaint of the respondents-3 & 4.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has sent a representation through registered post to the first respondent and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent for enquiry. He would further submit that, if the petitioner appears in person, due enquiry would be conducted based on which an appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.
