ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by the husband of the deceased Government Servant seeking a Mandamus, disbursing death cum retirement benefits of his wife, who had passed away on 17.04.2021.
2. The respondents have filed a counter contending that the petitioner has not produced the Legal Heir certificate from the competent authorities for disbursement of the terminal benefits.
3. In view of the above said facts, the respondent authorities are directed to disburse the terminal benefits as and when the petitioner submits the Legal Heir certificate from the competent authorities within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of legal heir certificate.
4. This petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above. There shall be no order as to costs.
