[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 145 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. This civil miscellaneous petition is taken up for hearing today, in view of the appearance Ms.H.Jasima Yasmin, learned counsel representing M/s.Ajmal Associates, for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel, for the fifth respondent.

3. Learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents 1 to 3 and fifth respondent have not raised any serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. Since there is no objection on the part of the respective respondents 1 to 3 and fifth respondent, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 145 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
