When the matter came up for hearing, it was submitted that, as against the order dated 09.02.2026 passed in the writ petition, a third party, namely, Ramaraj, has filed W.A.(MD)No.425 of 2026, and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 26.03.2026 in C.M.P.(MD)No.3842 of 2026, has granted an interim stay. Therefore, the rights of the parties shall be determined by the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.
