This petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai in Cr.R.P.No.63 of 2019 dated 13.09.2019, by modifying the order dated 08.03.2019 passed in M.C.No.18 of 2018 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the said petition, the petitioners and the respondent are living happily together. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and hence, the same stands dismissed as infructuous. 13.12.2022 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Ns 2/4
