This contempt petition came to be filed alleging noncompliance of the direction given by this Court. The original petitioner had passed away. Only his son is prosecuting the contempt.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) informed the Court that the final report has been filed. But then, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, is of the view that no case has been made out. Therefore, notice has been issued to the petitioner herein for appearance on 29.04.2021.

3. Since the respondent has already complied with the order of this Court and now the matter is seized of by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, this contempt petition is closed.
