ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 294(B),323,498(A) IPC r/w. 4 of TNPWH Act subsequently altered in to Section 304(B) IPC in Crime. No.325 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute the daughter of the defacto complainant committed suicide by pouring Kerosene.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the coaccused has already been granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1319 of 2014 dated 24.03.2014.

4. Heard the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused has already granted bail, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam within a period of fifteen days from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed;

(iii) Each of the Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the above said Magistrate; (iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice a day daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. (v) The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
