PRAYER:- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Learned District Munsif Court, Viruthunagar, to dispose the O.S.No.232/2013 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose O.S.No.232/2013 pending before the District Munsif Court, Viruthunagar.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the District Munsif Court, Viruthunagar, to dispose O.S.No.232/2013 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
