This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful

disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.12465 of 2019 dated 06.09.2019 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 06.09.2019, further enquiry was conducted and after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramnad.
