This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.66 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the Family Court, Madurai. 1/4

2.This petition is opposed by the respondent on the ground that he is the permanent resident of Coimbatore and he is currently working in Bangalore. 3.Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent and the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer I.D.O.P.No.66 of 2023 pending on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Madurai for final disposal. The Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Madurai forthwith. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose I.D.O.P.No.66 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
