PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Proc.No.E2/14271/2017 dated 01.12.2017 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and incompetent with consequential direction to the third respondent to revoke the order of suspension within time frame. For Petitioner : M/s.K.Jenitha For Respondents : Mrs.S.Srimathy, Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Forester. He was suspended by order dated 01.12.2017. The order of suspension was pending enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for disposal, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order dated 20.02.2018 revoking the order of suspension.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to retire by the year end. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking note of the said submission, a direction is given for conclusion of the disciplinary action initiated against the writ petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with this direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
