This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the petitioners complaint pending in CP No.20180 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent office or any other competent and suitable investigation officer.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in C.P.No.20180 of 2021 after issuing to the petitioner and the same was closed on 16.12.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the same, the petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the third respondent, if so advised.
