ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.10.2014, for the offence punishable under Section 392 r/w 397 of Indian Penal Code inCrime.No.590 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the submissions made on either side.

This is the third application for bail and the first petition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21106 of 2014 was dismissed by this Court on 25.11.2014 and the second petition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22164 of 2014 was also dismissed by this court on 08.12.2014, by a well considered order: There is no change in fact situation. It is seen that the petitioner has got 17 previous cases to his credit. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
