ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of FIR in Crime No. 451 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that while filing the final report, the petitioner's name was removed from the final report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
