The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife, Ishwariya, aged about 33 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's wife, who has left the matrimonial house due to some misunderstanding, has been secured and she has now joined the petitioner. Hence, in view of the subsequent development, the respondent Police has closed the FIR in Crime No.34 of 2024 as 'further action dropped'.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. (G.J.,J.)
