ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.746 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that pursuant to investigation in Crime No.746 of 2018, a final report was filed as "Further Action Dropped" and has produced the copy of the final report.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), nothing survives in the above Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
