2.These writ petitions are not maintainable for two reasons. (a) The petitioner herein had earlier filed W.P.Crl.(MD)No.1423 of 2025 challenging the rejection order dated 18.08.2025. The writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn. This Court while dismissing the writ petition did not grant liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. (b) The petitioner has filed two writ petitions seeking the very same relief. This Court had been deprecating such practices by the litigants. Since the matter pertains to a prisoner's right, we do not want to take serious view of the matter. It is needless to mention that if a fresh representation is submitted by the petitioner for securing ordinary leave for her brother, it shall be dealt with by the concerned authority on its own merits.
3.With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed.
