O. P. (MD) No. 4319 of 2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 4319 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
