O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the election petition filed by the petitioners, challenging the election of the respondents 3 to 9 as Directors of the RMW 76, Bharathi Nagar Fisherwomen Co-operative Society including the rejection of the nomination papers of the petitioners by the second respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Inasmuch as the issue has been covered by the order of Division Bench of the Principal Bench dated 03.08.2018 in W.P.Nos.7526 of 2018 etc. batch, the Writ Petition stands closed by giving liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
