This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.211 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the parties had arrived at compromise and on that basis, the accused persons were acquitted vide judgment, dated 26.04.2022 and that therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
